I have downloaded 2025 after removing 2023 as directed. Now I have an exceedingly slow drafting programme. I scroll to zoom out, and it flies from micro to macro.  I have filed in the support request form , but the submit button does not work.  I am loosing valuable work time while trying to work out what has gone wrong. any suggestions.
