New computer - not ready to activate until after testing

We have an active/current/paid standard verision of Draftsight on a computer. The user needs Draftsight and we don't want to interrupt them from using the software. We have a new computer that has an expired trial version that will not activate because of this expiration. Draftsight support says there is no way to extend the trial because it recognizes the computer has had the software for over 30 days. We need to test the new computer before transferring the license. We've only had the new computer for about 2 weeks.
