It seems that in DS there is  very limited usage of the following commands: Wblock (Exportdrawing), & Copy with Reference Point. It does not matter if I had completely shut down the computer or, that I did a restart, I still continue to get the "errror" message.

I have found that also it may work on occasion but more often than not it does not.

Not sure why with the latest version of DS (V1R3) that it may or may not function properly all the time. In Auto cad we could create blocks unlimited times.

I have learned too that if you do copy some line of text in Windows Explorer or some other software, like MS Word that it will bring that in. I rely a lot on this command to help stream line the cad process and would rather there be a fix generated to help expedite the process.
