I purchsed a \\\$99 subscription for the software and activated it a few months ago. I had to create a new profile and now draftsite wont start. I downloaded the software again but it says I need to deactivate the old software....how can I do that if it won't open? Or do I have to pay for a new \\\$99 subscription with no technical support every time it crashes?
