Our schematics are old school. 1 dwg file for all of the pages, I have been trying to setup multiple sheets (One for each page) so that the current method of configuring one print for one section of the dwg. I have sucessfully created a template, config files and a sheet for each section of the dwg file that represents each page in the schematic. However I tried to pass this file along to our detailer so he can start using it. I sent him the dwg file with all of the sheets, the config files and event the template and we where not able to duplicate the same layout as I have on my PC. Is the sheet/Print config only able to be used on the PC that created it or am I not saving the file properly?
Each orange rectangle represents one page of the schematic
With sheets I was able to only have the page I want in paper space. how do i get this to work on other computers or even other users of the same computer because the Print Config .cfg file is saved in the users profile under %Userprofile%\\AppData\\Draftsight\\2.1.3.5\\Print Settings?
Also how would I apply this to other files? When a new machine is created a new schematic is also created and this would have to be applied to it or we would have to start over with the whole process of creating sheets and config files. Or do i make a template for each page?
