To whom it may concern.

I would like to know if there is anyway that I can deactivate the automatic zoom fuction when I am panning using the scroll wheel. 

Every time I am holding the scroll wheel in order to pan it automatically zooms. This is very distracting and annoying and I would really like to be able to deactivate it if there is any way. 

Please help.
