When I remotely accessed Draftsight on my PC at work, using remote access from home, the cursor does not respond smoothly in the graphics area.  Very hard to draw, select, etc.

Then when I opened Draftsight at work locally, the same problem appears.

Prior to this it was working fine.

This is happening regardless of having a file open, regardless of model or paper space.

I restarted my PC and reinstalled Draftsight, no improvement.

My system is Dell Precision T3500 64-bit Windows 7.
