mouse right click set to =enter, but when typing a command in command line and right clicking only repeats last command.

If I type a command and press enter on keyboard it works.  Other functions with mouse are as normal, even shortcut menus.  I removed DS including preferences folder, and .plist files and reinstalled.  Same issue.

I'll try to upload video.  If successful watch command line.  When trying to enter "L" for line it puts the L at beginning of previous command but starts the previous command when I right click.
