When I turn of "Display shortcut menus by right-clicking" is turns back on after a drawing command. Also, the "Reverse the zoom wheel direction" turns itself on after turning off.

Also, I have found I cannot change the aliases. I change the command to what I what howeverl, it does no stick. It reverts back to default.
