Ubuntu 10.10, Radeon 9200 PRO RV 280 & GeForce 6200 NV44A, both AGP 3.0

In Draftsight V1R2.0 the mouse cursor is jerky in the drawing area and not practical to use.

I have tried a number of the tricks presented, mostly suggestions to turn features off, but no success. On the same two computers that Draftsight does not work, ACAD 2000(under WINE), Bricscad trial version and Qcad, the mouse cursor is very smooth in traversing the drawing area.  I use the native linux kernel drivers, ie, I do not use any Windows drivers for these cards as they work just fine for all the programs I use.

Based on good mouse movement for the 3 programs above, I would judge that Draftsight is not mature or possibly is not being programmed properly for use of AGP ports?
