Running Windows 10 and DraftSight 2017 x64 SP1 ...

Before 2017 version I was running on two computers, same hardware, and DraftSight ran fine on both.  One day, I found I could left click on menu buttons, like to draw a line, and the command would come up and ask for the first point.  While I had a cursor on the drawing screen clicking the left mouse butting now did nothing.  I could key in from the keyboard the X and Y coordinates and draw lines that way.

On a drawing, with nothing selected, I can click the right button and bring up a menu.  I can select with the mouse a component of a drawing and click the right button and bring up a menu.

I removed DraftSight from the PC, then deleted the DraftSight folder under Roaming and installed the 2017 x64 SP1.  Not a fan of a black background, I changed it to white, loaded up a drawing and tried to draw a line.  Same thing.  Changed out mouse, no change.  Moved mouse to different USB port, no change.

Basically, I can draw fine on one PC but not on the other.  I must be missing something.
