I am trying to draw my property line.  I have a platt that show one edge of my property at an angle of S22d30'53"E.  I have used the rotate function and have this line close (S22d50'38"E), but need it to be exact.  I can see the properties but it won't let me change the angle.  I am pretty new to draftsight and have looked at the other questions, but don't see anything that works (tried using the (length)<(angle) command, but this doesn't seem to work with surveying units.
