I noticed languaje menus an tabs are taken from different origins.

menus and many of the words used in DraftSight are taken from languaje file:

......Users\\ "current user" \\AppData\\Roaming\\DraftSight\\1.2.148\\UI\\english\\application.xml

but some tabs and words inside draftsight are taken from operating system international configuration.

that is in my opinion a kind of confusing and sometimes it mixes languajes.

it could be just a variable to choose the languaje to use by Draftsight  in order not to have two different languajes.

(it's very often you have one languaje for the operating system and other languaje for one particular application, as globalization goes on, this situations are very common: we work with people, from various countries, living here)

meanwhile the workarround is to change the languaje for international settings for windows, or not to use different languajes in application and OS
