Hello -- I did not know about having to reactivate Draftsight after using the free version for 6 months. I installed it in February 2015 with the version current at that time. 

As it happened, I was out of the office for August & most of September, It looks like I missed the grace period for reactivation by about a week. Now I only get the "reactivate"  dialog box, and haven't been able to get reactivation done. I've gone back (many times) to my original February email from Dessault & clicked the activate code in there, but that doesn't help. 

I submitted a problem report & the robot acknowledged with problem number SR00296524.  I responded to another email from the robot, confirming that yes I can log in to this forum, but haven't heard anything more.

Any suggestions on additional actions I can take? (I don't want to try editing the registry.)
