Hello

Anytime I have anything selected or try to dimension then use middle mouse to pan it locks me into pan and I lose all functions. I am usually forced to ctrl alt delete the application. This did not happen in previous version. Does anyone know where I can download a previous version or know a fix to this? I attached a video showcasing the problem.

I have:

* Reinstalled multiple times.

* Renamed Appdata folder as well as Hkey folder.

* Updated GPU drivers

* Disabled GPU

* Created new windows user
