I am having multiple major issues:

Background:
I am an engineer modeling a home addition, and I am using Standard DraftSight. I started on the DraftSight Pro and then converted to Standard DraftSight once my initial 30-day trial expired.

Issue 1:
The first issue is that I am getting different units depending which where my cursor is located. See attached screenshot. When the cursor is on the left I get much smaller units (units is don't want) than when the cursor is on the right (units I do want). This is really confusing and slowing down my modeling, as I have to input a number then remember to move my cursor to to correct side of the line. Why is this happening? This is something new that happened when I converted to Standard DraftSight.

Issue 2:
I am getting geometry/text displayed (in sheet) that is modeled in a different location. See attached screenshot. This only started happening after I converted to Standard DraftSight.  

Does anyone know what's going on and how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
