Using Macintosh, and version V1R5.

First issue:  I cannot print in Black and White on my printer or to PDF.  The preview shows Black and White, but once I print or save to PDF I have colored lines.  I've been searching for an answer to no avail.  Please help.  

I select PRINT BLACK and WHITE check box, and monochrome.stb

Also, on my Mac system I cannot find the monochrome.CTB file, I have monochrome.stb

The second issue: if I select SCALE, such as 1:40 or any other setting, the preview is fine, but the print or PDF image is tiny... If I select Scale to Fit, I get a usable image, but not to scale...
