Blocks that worked fine in DS 2019 - you know, that stable version of DS that everyone was happy with - now do not scale correctly when inserting into the drawing.

Insert an annotative block when drawing annotative scale is set to 1:1, change the drawing annotative scale to 1"=10' (1 inch equals 10 feet or 1:120), add 1"=10' to the block annotative scale and the block scales to the proper size. Insert that same block with the drawing annotative scale already set to 1"=10' and the block comes in 120x too large.

Please fix or let us go back to 2019 until you get this sorted. This is ridiculous.​​​​​​​
