I can't turn on the Dimension palette in the Tool Matrix. (I think most of the functionality is available from the Dimension menu, but it would still be nice to have the Dimension tool palette.)

If I right click in the Tool Matrix and select MAIN->Dimension, I expect the Dimension tools to appear in the Tool Matrix window, but they don't. 

Actually, it appears that I can't make any tool palettes visible that are not already visible by default.

Not only that, but sometimes if I try to make some of the other tool palettes visible, then the Tool Matrix window becomes unresponsive to right clicks until I close the Tool Matrix window and reopen it.

Perhaps 3DS has not gotten to these making these palettes available just yet. (Maybe this particular release is an Alpha rather than a Beta?)
