Draftsight Technical help LT Scaling in Sheet or paper mode

As I continue to work with base files brought in to a another drawing as an external referenced drawing or, as it is commonly called an Xref. The exists that the line types do not appear correctly, no matter that variable "ENBLVPLSCL" is set to 1

In the model tab you can not tell either, unless you zoom in really close. In paper mode is there another setting needed to view them correctly.

If I were to draw a line in the sheet mode, or the paper space it appears as the Linetype definition correctly given, but that is the extent of it.Is there another variable with in the view port for an xref to have the line types appear correctly.
