I am new to this community and I am looking for some help with Draftsight. I hope someone can help me with my issues.

I have created an emergency evacuation map and I am trying to convert it to an 11" x 17" size PDF using export PDF. I've also tried saving PDF through printing options. The issues I am having is after I convert the file to PDF some of the blocks I created are not as defined as it is in the .dwg file and they don't have smooth edges. Also, some blocks are missing parts of the drawing when converted. I've tried increasing the dpi output to 600 and it cleans up the lines slightly, but parts of certain blocks are still missing. The smaller the block the worse they are. When I increase the size of the block, everything is fine, but the size is not proportional to the drawing. I've been trying to figure it out for a couple days now, but can't seem to find a solution. Can anyone please help with this issue.

Update: I followed what David Harrison was suggesting in this post (https://swym.3ds.com/#community:70/iquestions:5262). I did an export PDF from 11" x 17" (print configuration) to 34" x 22" (w/ dpi=600) and it somewhat fixes the issues with the missing parts and somewhat better lines. However, all my lines now look the same weight.
