I have had multiple occurrences of the cursor (crosshairs) locking up after opening the properties dialog box.  When I go to close the box the cursor will just flash off and on and I am unable to do anything.  I can save the drawing and reopen it and the problem goes away.  I have also had this happen when I have multiple drawings open and am using cntrl tab to scroll thru the drawings.
