I've d/l Draft Sight for the first time on the recommendation of one of my suppliers. I have been playing around, and a couple of things I can't work out.

1) How do I type in the size of an object after I have created it. For example, I made a bar, 4000mm long, 48mm wide. How do I make it accurately shorter?

2) Somehow, I am not able to alter any of my geometry values, I was changing them earlier, now I am locked out. All of the boxes are shaded in.
