I want to double click in a viewport to enter MSpace through it, then unlock the display, change the scaling graphically, re-lock the display, and continue editing.  In prior versions, the "Display Locked" field was always available in Properties pallette with viewports in MSpace.  Now it disappears in MSpace.  I found a setting once that returned it to the properties pallete.  What is that setting?
