When I open the program, the command window is in the center of the screen. I can drag it back to bottom screen but it will not lock using Lockinterface #5. It can also move if I accidentally grab it with a mouse movement that may lap the window. It's annoying. I need it locked?

As a note; I have the command window cropped to 2 lines and very short horizontally on the right side so I have more drawing space visible. I use icon toolbars and the command window is for rare commands that I don't use frequently enough to waste screen space for.

Help directory is helpless. What else is new? Can someone tell me why the most simplest of problems requires so my research on the part of a user? A search for "Lock Command Window' returns "nothing found". We're talking about one of the most basic features of any CAD system?? If the window is not related to toolbar locking than it should have a right click menu of it's own.
