I have installed DraftSight x64 in my Windows 8.1 Pro 64 bits in all the possibilities of compatibility modes (and from 2 differents downloaded files), and always I get the next message:

LoadLibrary failed with error 87: The parameter is incorrect

¿how can I get DraftSight work?
