I am getting the following errors when I try to install DraftSight on Ubuntu 11.10

sudo dpkg -i draftsight.deb

dpkg: regarding draftsight.deb containing dassault-systemes-draftsight:i386, pre-dependency problem: dassault-systemes-draftsight:i386 pre-depends on libexpat1 (>= 2.0.1-4)

dpkg: error processing draftsight.deb (--install): pre-dependency problem - not installing dassault-systemes-draftsight:i386

Errors were encountered while processing: draftsight.deb

I have instlalled the libexpat1 file several times, but this error continued to come back. 

How can I get this program installed?  I've been successful in installing on linux before.
