After installing DraftSight 18 SP2.1 the panel at the bottom of the Mint screen is missing.

You can see in in the screen shot on the left below. I'm referring to the bar across the bottom of the screen that allows me to access the menu, internet, calendar and so on. The second screen is the DraftSight screen with the bar missing. When I first installed DraftSight it was there. Then I set something to cause this.

Any ideas as to what I have done and how to correct it?
