I am trying to find a work around for printing LineWeights by color. Currently the way my company uses older CAD software is to have LineWeights associated with a color. 

For example:

This drawing shows different components of an electrical power system. And each component has it's own layer. Things like the actual outline of a component have a much thicker LineWeight than just a small piece of hardware like a bolt or washer.

This is what it looks like in CAD. A single component can have multiple colors associated to it. So since a single layer can have multiple colors, how can I represent LineWeights without affecting the layers?
