Using an imac desktop computer, I have tried going to the format, then the line weight set up box, and changed the line weights down to .013, then click "ok" or "apply",  yet the line weights do not change in the drawing, or at the print out for that matter.   I have re-saved both the drawing file and the pdf file with the (supposed) new line weight but have no success in changing it.  I have also gone into the layers set up area and set all of the layers' (for this drawing) line weights to the same .013 thickness.   No results.   Can anyone give me some help with this matter?   Thank you in advance...
