When I have a line that is not orthogonal and try to draw another line parallel to that one, the second line doesn't get the correct length.
What I do is to select the start point of the second line, hover the cursor over the first line to specify the parallel reference, move the cursor to reveal the parallel guides and then type the length of the second line, i.e. "10", fallowed by "enter".
When the reference line is orthogonal everything seems ok but if it's not the result is unpredictible, the second line may end up with random angle, but mostly it's just the length that's incorrect. What am I doing wrong?
