hello.

this is an issue that has bugged me throughout all versions of draftsight over five years.  

when drawing a straight  line of say 300mm, i select the line drawing tool and click on the drawing area. then type in the dimension required (300mm in this case) and click enter. this draws the line.  then if i draw another line (lets say at 90° to it) and type in a dimension of 200mm, it should draw that line.  but what happens is the second line ends up as 300200mm in length. 

this issue seems to come and go. sometimes weeks or months without an issue.   it has become more prevalent recently.
