I upgraded from 2019 to 2020, now when i draw a line horizontal 650 ok

vertical 500 it goes to 400004000400 

circle also does the same

i have uninstalled and reinstalled

did a system restore(windows 7)

i can not draw anything for the last week.

Someone help please
