Hello, in the company we have 12 licenses of DraftSight Standard, yesterday one of the PCs burned the hard disk, I replaced the disk and reinstalled the OS. and then the DraftSight software. When I open the software it tells me that the license is already activated on another PC, it's a pity that I can't deactivate it from the installation that was lost with the faulty HD. Is there a way to request "manual deactivation" of a license?
