Hello. 

I've purchased a new PC recently and after properly transferring Draftsight license to it the machine crashed (was not turning on) I've received a replacement and I kept the hard disk from the faulty machine. I've connected it to the new one through an external case and tried to run Draftsight 2023 which I never had the chance to uninstall/deactivate but the software can't acquire the license and doesn't run (please see attachment)

I'd like to know what are my options to recover Draftsight (if any) Would it run if I set the "old" hard disk directly in the PC and not externally? I guess not since mac address of the machine is going to be a different one (not really sure how license is assigned)

Note: By the time I had the issue I raised a support ticket, but never received an answer.
