License! help!

My standard Draftsight license has been deactivated as (due to long christimas holidays and corona) and uncompleted payment. However the payment now has been processed by my company already last week.

Unfortunately I cannot reach anybody at the phone service hotline nor on email to provide me with some temporary license (I dont receive any answers in regards to this question, just being ignored)

Also I dont have the feeling that anybody regularly checks if the payment has been received on the end of Draftsight (the payment was done 1 week ago on my end) I also dont know if, after the payment was received, my license would automatically activated again?

I am far behind work schedule, but I cannot reach anybody!!! I would really appreciated a temporary license! My company has several licenses with Draftsight, but they do not know that there is so little support! I would really appreciate any help, if the support team reads this!
