I had Draftsight installed on my PC before with no issues. The company upgraded my hard drive and now I must reinstall. When I try to activate it says I have exceeded the number of allowed installs. It wants me to deactivate the previous install, but I have no way to do that. How can I deregister a previous install so I can reinstall on my new machine?
