who can help us with this problem: 
We have two licenses/serial numbers that we could not deactivate because.
1. the user no longer works in the company
2. the notebook no longer exists
We manage the licences in the cooperative and therefore need a solution to be able to activate the licences that are no longer used and already paid for for another user. It may also happen in the future that an employee has to leave the company with immediate effect and we can no longer access the profile or are not allowed to for legal reasons.
