I have a problem with a licence, I purchase a new computer for my company and change the licence between computer but when I tried to activate the professional licence in the new computer, I couldn't activate.

It return the message:

Activation transaction failed: Activation count exceeded, Deactivate a licence from another computer and retry.

The other computer don't have this licence activated...

I can´t work with this computer for more than 3 month, the help from 3DS isn't really good...

Please, I need help.
