Licence activation error

Hi, I've bought 6 licences of Draftsight Professionnal in Nov 2017. I could have activated them on each computer. Since this date, some computers have been changed, the licence was desinstalled before being reinstalled on the new PCs. We had no problems. But, 6 monthes ago, we processed as usual and we had some troubles on 1 machine. The licence is recognized by Draftsight, but the program still demands an activation. We process as requested before always getting an activation error from Solidworks. We close the popups and Draftsight appears. How can we fix that ?
