Please get someone to fix the F4 key that is hard coded - you agreed when i reported it in 2015 that is was a "bug" and yet here we are in 2017 Draftsight and the issue still exists.  I can reassign the F4 key but as soon as I exit draftsight and reload it, F4 = recent drawings and not what it shows to be bound against in my configuration!

I have professional and whilst the product is great - support for the product is something that i believe will drive customers away.  Posting an iQuestion is close to useless and Dassault Systemes should be embarrased how bad it is!  happy to take year subscriptions but give nothing back in the way of support

Look at the posts on many pages of the official pages and they are ancient!  Even Mr Lyons has long gone and there is no mention of that.  Draftsight Youtube page is ancient  Only recently twitter is of use.
