I created a drawing border and title block and made it a template.  When I create and new drawing and select the template, it goes into sheet1.  When I create drawing the the model, it automatically shows up in the layout, which I think is correct.  If I try to create additional viewpoints, they are created, but I have the same think that was in the original layout.  If I try to select one of them I get the border around the whole drawing and all of the viewpoints scale together.  If I create a drawing without the border/titleblock and create viewpoints they act as they should.  I assume that the border/title block is one viewpoint and since I am trying to insert view points into it, that is why it does not work.  Is there any way to create a border/title block template that will alleviate this problem?
