Does anyone know why my Layer's menu keeps moving up each time I open it? The top part of the menu is now off the screen, and I have to fight with Draftsight and my monitor to get it back.

Is there a way to set a default, so the layers menu always opens up in the same spot?

I am using a 24" secondary monitor as my main monitor as I am working on a 15" laptop.
