Lack of Email response

I have written twice since Tuesday to DraftSight.Premium.Online@3ds.com & I am not getting a response! Why does it take so long?

Last time I submitted a query it took about a week and then didn't really answer my question satisfactorily, I submitted a reply and the response (after several more days) was even more useless.

Where is the customer service? This is paid software and should be supported properly with timely responses. Some of us rely on this software for business!
