I had a question about the relationship between DraftSight and ITC membership.

According to ITC(IntelliCAD Technology Consortium, https://members.intellicad.org/members/index.php) page, SolidWorks is ITC member.

Does that mean DS is ITC member too ?

I want to know what's the precise relationship between DraftSight and ITC.
