I first noticed the issue I was having with the edit block attribute feature. I opened one of our engineering drawings and double clicked the title block component I wanted to edit and the program waited a little bit and then froze. I wasn't able to click on anything else until I hit the 'esc' key 3-5 times. Then the program went back to where I could draw and edit. I tried again to open a different part in the title block and again it happened where the program froze, leaving me unable to edit anything until I hit the 'esc' key. I thought it might be a problem where the pop-up window that usually lets you edit the components was not showing up.

I tried to resolve this issue by first restarting my computer and exiting out of the program. This did not help. Then I uninstalled the program and re-installed it. This fixed the edit block attribute issue.

Next I was ready to print the drawing. I hit the print button and again, the program froze with no pop-up window. I tried restarting the computer again and that did not help. I tried opening the options for the software and this had the same issue as the print button and previously the edit block attribute issue. The program froze.

To resolve the issue this time, I tried again uninstalling the program and re-installing and this did not fix the issue this time. I'm not sure what to do at this point and would appreciate some guidance on how to resolve this issue.
