Hi,

Having issues with how pdfs look on screen - they print off the 'real' printer OK but can't preview properly. Lines and text look too thick and heavy. Also if I open the pdf with photoshop it looks OK.

I am wondering if it has anything to do with 'soft proofing'. I am using pdf writer and wondering if there is a virtual printer out there that will do a better job.

Have looked on the Adobe site but its way too confusing as to what you are supposed to do + not sure if they support Mountain Lion. I am aware that Adobe and Apple don't play nicely together !
