Issue With Small Dimensions DraftSight 2017 SP0 - SP3

There appears to be a problem with DraftSight 2017 when it comes to small dimensions. This problem has persisted from SP0 to the current SP3 release.

When adding a dimension where the text and arrow heads do not fit Draftsight is still drawing a line between the arrow heads even when it should not be doing. Open the same drawing in AutoCAD and add the same dimension without changing any dimensions at all and you do not get the unwanted line.

Note that in the attached example the dimension was originally centred - but was dragged outside of the dimension line to allow a TYP note to be added - on DraftSight this causes the problem - on AutoCAD this is fine. The problem also occurs on any dimension that is small enough to require the text and arrows to be moved automatically outside of the extension lines so it was not the fact the arrows and text were moved that is causing the issue.

It seems that a setting is correct within the file but us being ignored by DraftSight, hence the dimension displaying correctly if opened in AutoCAD but incorrectly in DraftSight.

I am aware that this is not a major issue, but it is not correct – and hopefully would be easy to correct (especially as it has worked correctly in earlier releases).
