Everytime I get in autocad, I have to select the sheet, Print it, ??select, print it...

Is there a way to batch print or just print everything?

I saw the print to PDF and you could print everything at once... however, it does not seem to take into account the ctb... Is there a way to have a multiple page pdf with a ctb (ex: pdf all monochrome)
