Is there a way through the api to modify the settings of a dimension style and apply that dimension style to all dimensions in the drawing

I have an export of a dwg from SolidWorks using DriveWorks. SolidWorks will create different dimension styles. Is there a way to change settings such as the color settings for a dimensions style in the drawing and then apply that dimension style to all of the dimensions through some kind of script?

Alternatively, is there a way to change the settings on the dimstyles in the drawing, delete unwanted dimensions styles and then activate a specific dimension style?
